Shiro is an undercover cop. When his partner is murdered, the chief insists that Shiro let the case drop. Under the guise of a vacation with his wife, Shiro follows a lead to Singapore and discovers that the killers are trying to steal a top-secret government disk. When the killers learn that Shiro is on their trail, they come after him. He sends his wife back to America, but the plane is shot down. Shiro knows that the men are responsible for the plane and makes them pay wi with their lives.
